• You are booking into a group. A combined minimum number of paying adult travellers (10 adults / 5 rooms) from the departure city quoted, travelling on the same date, is required to be considered a group.
• Should your group drop below the required minimum your group space may be forfeited and you will be at a loss of any deposits or payments made, insurance is recommended to protect your trip.
• Prices provided are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices quoted are subject to change without notice and are based on availability.
• Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of your quote. In the unlikely event of a price misquote, we reserve the right to deny or cancel the group booking and/or charge the correct rate.
• Minimum occupancies may apply to specific room categories.
• All inventory is subject to availability at time of booking.
• Pricing is based on availability for each room category provided (first come first booked).
• Room categories may sell out or increase in price once allotted space has been assigned.
• Room categories are subject to availability and have maximum guest allowances for adults and children.
• Additional room categories and gateways may be available on request.
• Vendors have the right to request names and dates of birth for all guests at any time.
• Teen and child pricing is only applicable when a child is sharing a room with a minimum of 2 paying adults. Children 2 years of age at any time during the duration of their travel, are legally required to purchase a seat. Child rates are based on the date of birth while travelling. If your child turns 2 while you are away you may be required to purchase a package for a 2 year old. Children under the age of 2 may be required to pay taxes and/or fees depending on resort and destination. Not all resorts offer teen rates (12-18), if teen rates are available for the group they will be quoted accordingly.
• All guests staying in the same room MUST be on the reservation file and the lead guest MUST be present at time of check in. The resort may not have space upon arrival to add extra guests in your room, do NOT book air only and think people can join you upon arrival, they may be denied, this goes for all ages [including children]).
• All flight times, airlines and type of aircraft, as well as itineraries, are subject to change with or without notice.
• Fuel charge increases may apply should air fuel price rise prior to departure.
• Government taxes, both local and in destination, are subject to change.
• Many destinations have additional environmental taxes and/or departure taxes that is your responsibility to pay to be in compliance.
• Transportation costs are not included for excess baggage and/or sports equipment of any type that may require a separate in-destination transfer vehicle due to spatial restrictions. Please consult your Travel Agent for special arrangements and applicable costs, if any.
• It is strongly recommended to visit http://travel.gc.ca/travelling/advisories to be aware of any relevant travel advisories before finalizing your travel plans. Changes to local laws, travel documentation requirements, and any travel advisories issued may occur at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to be aware of and prepared for all legal, documentary, health and other requirements for your intended travel. • Cancellation/interruption and emergency medical insurance are highly recommended or you will lose your deposits and payments in the event of a cancellation.
• If someone sharing your room cancels off the reservation or tries to switch rooms, this may cause your reservation to be considered a full cancellation with cancellation penalties. If a new reservation is required, as per the Supplier, space may not be available within the group and you may be subject to current prevailing rates. You may also be charged cancellation or change fees in addition to new rates. In some situations resorts may be sold out and no additional inventory may be available to accommodate your request. Insurance is recommended.
